  1. ACCEPTANCE

By creating a PlaceFlow account or using the App you agree to these Terms of Use (“Terms”) and our Privacy Policy.

  1. ELIGIBILITY

You must be at least 16 years old (or the age of digital consent in your country) and legally capable of entering contracts. The App is not intended for children.

  1. ACCOUNTS

You are responsible for safeguarding login credentials. Notify us immediately of any unauthorised use.

  1. SUBSCRIPTIONS & PAYMENTS

PlaceFlow offers optional auto‑renewing subscriptions (monthly or yearly) with a one‑week free trial. Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation. Subscriptions renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel in App Store settings. No refunds for unused periods.

  1. USER‑GENERATED CONTENT (“UGC”)

You retain ownership of your UGC. By posting, you grant PlaceFlow a worldwide, non‑exclusive, royalty‑free licence to host, display, reproduce and distribute your UGC within the App and its social feed. You affirm you have all rights necessary for such content and that it does not infringe any third‑party rights or laws.

  1. PROHIBITED CONDUCT

You agree not to: • Upload unlawful, defamatory, obscene, hateful, or infringing content.
• Harass, threaten or abuse other users.
• Reverse‑engineer, decompile or disrupt the App or servers.
• Use automated scripts to collect data or otherwise misuse the service.

  1. BLOCKING & REPORTING

You may block any user or report content you believe violates these Terms. We reserve the right to remove content and suspend or terminate accounts at our sole discretion.

  1. TERMINATION

You may delete your account at any time in Settings. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms. Sections 5, 9, 10 and 11 survive termination.

  1. DISCLAIMERS

The App is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose. We do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted, secure, or error‑free, or that any content will be accurate or complete.

  1. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PlaceFlow’s aggregate liability for any claim relating to the App shall not exceed the greater of €50 or the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential or punitive damages.

  1. GOVERNING LAW & JURISDICTION

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic, without regard to conflict‑of‑law principles. Any dispute shall be submitted to the courts of the Czech Republic, unless applicable consumer‑protection laws grant you different mandatory rights.

  1. CHANGES

We may amend these Terms. Material changes will be notified in‑app or by e‑mail at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
